Good afternoon. When I get in the car and power up the 3490, once it has locked on to satellites the map shows the whole entire eastern U.S. rather than zooming into a 0.2 mile or so scale as it used to do.
Once I enter a destination and tell it to route me, it zooms properly and behaves normally.
I updated all software yesterday, but this problem began about 10 days ago.
Have had the unit since Oct. of 2012 with no other issues til now.
Any suggestions or known threads dealing with this?
