I have very recently upgraded my computer to windows 8. When I down load my running and cycling activities the map of where the activity has taken place is shown and the map can be viewed in "player" but when I open details none of the associated charts (e.g. elevation) are showing . This is occurring in both Firefox (v26) (my preferred browser) and IE (v11). Activities are outside with GPS enabled. In IE i have added "connect.garmin" and "garmin.com" to the compatibility list but with no success.
Suggestion on how to view charts much appreciated.

More frustration.
I have gone back to my old computer and now cannot view the charts there either nor can I view charts on Samsung galaxy anymore which I previously could. I have several years of data in garmin connect that I like to browse. HELP!!!
