When attempting to transfer my workouts to Garmin Connect the dates of workouts show up un red with an error to the right stating transfer failed. When I click on transfer failed it says "internal server error". What can I do to fix this issue? Thank you for any help!
I have the same issue. It might be due to a corrupt .fit file. I've searched the forums and I believe that someone could fix the file for me? File is attached.
Edit: I have tried to manually upload the file as well as uploading it through the device and mobile app, but neither have worked.
