Internal server error message when transferring data from 510 to Garmin Connect

When attempting to transfer my workouts to Garmin Connect the dates of workouts show up un red with an error to the right stating transfer failed. When I click on transfer failed it says "internal server error". What can I do to fix this issue? Thank you for any help!

    I have the same issue. It might be due to a corrupt .fit file. I've searched the forums and I believe that someone could fix the file for me?
    File is attached.

    Edit: I have tried to manually upload the file as well as uploading it through the device and mobile app, but neither have worked.
