polar personal trainer -> garmin connect

i want to transfer all my data from polar personal trainer to garmin connect including the gpx files.
does any one knows you this is working
simple xml convertion with http://polarconverter.azurewebsites.net/ is working, but i did not manage to transfer the gpx data.

Have you tried uploading your unconverted .GPX manually? Garmin Connect support .TCX, .FIT and .GPX files so no need to go through the trouble of conversion...

and click on "Manual upload"...

If it doesn't work, you may want to try importing your .GPX in garmin Training Center and export to .TCX from there, and then to Garmin Connect.
