Hey all!

I have this garmin for a half year now and i have to say....horrible.
This thing has potention and i like it when im using it when im sporting. De details are terrific.

However i always had problems with automaticly uploading my activities to garmin connect.
So i have to do this with the ''upload function in connect''.
Ussually this works and today that doesnt even work also.
Im at vacation (for sporting) and if need this very expensive thing....its now.
Again its failing. Does somebody know what the problem is?
Are there more people with this problem? Ive got windows 8, latest firmware (downloaded totday succesfully).

Btw he is always very slow while does fitnessinfo transferring (whatever that means). This does the ANT before doing automatic upload (what never works).

I tried all i think...

Hope someone can help me.

Forgot to tell that i already installed firmware, comunnicator plugin and ant agent software!

When i want to upload my files (that doenst work) there is also an option to upload files from your computer to garmin connect. Is it possible to get the files that are in the history of the 910XT on the computer then?

I did read the instruction on the site. However the maps they say i should use all do not exist!

  • I'd think you'd get a better response if you posted this in the 910xt forum. Your issue likely involve the ant stick which many of us don't use. However that being said, have you double checked that the data transfer hasn't been disabled? MODE>Settings>System>Data Transfer>Enabled> Yes or No.

I've never used an ant stick, but I've always been under the impression that it puts a copy of your activity on your pc/mac as well as sends them to Garmin Connect. Have you looked to see if the activity exists on your pc/mac and then tried a manual upload? I'd even try Strava or another site.

Calling Garmin support might be a quicker way to resolve this. This is after all a user forum and apparently after three days, no other users have any suggestions for you.
