Exporting a file from Traning peaks to enable Garmin connect and Strava to upload

HI all,

Sorry if this has been covered already.Confused

I have a Garmin edge 800 and today's' bike ride (data)has been uploaded to TP and silly me removed the file from the 800 unit before uploading it to Garmin and Strava. Is there a way of uploading to Garmin connect and Strava from TP?
