Help choosing a Garmin hand held for SAR dog tracking?

Am a relative newbie. Have been on a SAR team that used used Astro 220 hand held and DC 40 collar with Topofusion PC software. Am on my own now and considering purchasing a Garmin 320 with either a couple of DC 40 or 50 collars. I know that Garmin has other gps models and would appreciate any ideas about best equipment combos. I, generally am only tracking two collars at a time in relatively rough timber.

Really depends on your goals and budget. I have 4 hunting dogs so Alpha 100 + receiver worked the best for my pups. I'd recommend to check various models. Mark Braeden have good comparison research for Garmin collars that you might find really helpful.

A couple of friends of mine are pretty happy with Delta XC if you need SAR only
