KMs in device and Garmin Connect preferences but links in FB show miles

I have selected both in my Forerunner 405 and in the Garmin connect settings but when I post activities in external sites they are shown in miles.

how can this be?

Km in settings, Miles on FB

I have a Garmin FR220 and have the same question: why do my activities show up in miles on FB when my settings are metric, and how do I change this?
