Hi Guys
Has anyone had a similar problem? I paid $189 for a nuMaps Lifetime map on 27 October 2013 and it failed to download to my Zuno 660 which is currently using City Navigator Australia and New Zealand NT 2013. Anyway I emailed Garmin Support Australia 2 times, and phoned their 1800 number but didn't receive a reply. Next I emailed Garmin support US - still no reply. I have confirmed the money has been withdrawn from my credit card account.
I am a bit worried at this seeming lack of customer support. I would be interested in your experiences before I raise it as a consumer complaint with our Australian consumer watchdog and advise my fellow Ulysses motorcycle club members through our magazine.
