Etrex 10 owners question. Does your unit show wapoint numbers when using it on a route. Mine are hidden and I find this very frustrating. My sister has an older Etrex and the wapoint show quite clearly on hers. Is this normal?

I think in the past many users have complained about those being shown :)
Personally I see no need to clutter the map with them. But if you like them to show have a play with the settings in my first post, if it's possible then it should be through adjusting those settings. As I don't have your model I can't be more specific, sorry.
U confuse me a bit.....a yellow dot:confused: the etrex 10 has no colour screen! I have a Etrex 10 in my hands at the moment and i made a waypoint and on a zoom scale of 1.2Km i can see the waypoint name.......
I can see the first 'W' of waypoint and the first digit '0' but the rest is hidden by a yellow dot...
