Automated sync / download of activities to my PC

Hi - I have had a Garmin 310XT for a few months. I previously had a 305, and have been using the software SportTracks 3.1 from Zone 5 Software to track my workouts, and wish to continue doing so.

I have had some issues in getting my Garmin 310XT to synch with SportTracks. Because of this, I'd like to upload TCX/GPX files to SportTracks. Currently, I am doing this by downloading my files from Garmin Connect, and then uploading them. Is there a way to automatically save a copy of GPX/TCX files on my PC when they upload to Garmin Connect?

Thanks!

    The Garmin Ant Agent will download the activities from the Forerunner, and save a copy on your PC (probably as a TCX file).
    See this FAQ: https://support.garmin.com/support/searchSupport/case.faces?caseId={6e1aa610-6d25-11dc-6782-000000000000}

    Where does the ANT Agent store my history?

    The ANT Agent application stores previously sent history data on the computer so that the data can be used by Training Center or be sent to Garmin Connect.

    The fitness data is located:

    Windows XP
    C:\Documents and Settings\(username)\Application Data\GARMIN\Devices\Unit ID folder\History

    Windows Vista / Windows 7 / Windows 8
    C:\Users\(username)\AppData\Roaming\Garmin\Devices\Unit ID folder\History

    Mac
    ~User/Library/Application Support/Garmin/Devices/Unit ID folder/History
