Posting runs onto Garmin Connect Activities

Hi all,

I'm just getting use to using Garmin Connect. I can transfer data from my 910xt to my Garmin Connect using the ant stick provided. My Qs is how do you post your run,cycles onto the activities page to share with others.Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Making multiple post's about the same topic on a forum site is considered extremely bad etiquette. It splits up the conversations of others that may answer one subforum message and not be aware of the other contributions added to the thread in the other subforum.
