This is a novice ? but my basecamp cant pick up an internet connection on my computer. I am online as we speak, and it still cant pick it up i just get error message, "birdseye imagery requires an internet connection, please check your connection and try again. Any suggesions, is there a setting or something to look for?
Just guessing, but if Basecamp is trying to use your browser, you might need the Garmin Communicator Plugin. If you've connected your garmin devices to upload info, or download updates, It's probably already installed.

If that isn't the issue, hopefully someone else will reply.
Then I suspect VoiceResponse is correct, you have an issue with the communicator plug-in. Go to this link http://www8.garmin.com/products/communicator/ and ensure it's installed correctly.
