Auto Multisport Triathlon not Uploading Run 910XT

I'm not finding anything on this specific issue:

I did a triathlon using a 910XT using Auto Multisport. The workout is on the device (i.e. it says total distance is ~140.6 miles). The Swim, T1, Bike, and T2 uploads fine to Garmin Connect (as far as I can tell) HOWEVER, the run portion is not uploading at all.

When I look in the Activities folder, there is just one big file (as opposed to 5 files for each section), but I think I've seen that before. And, this file really doesn't work importing to Training Peaks and/or Strava, but again, I think I've had that problem before and so always skip it.

I forced my device to upload data again, and same problem. I'm doing another force (just in case).

Any other ideas?

You know what I notice now; that the portion which uploads to Garmin Connect as "T2" shows on the map as T2 + about (I'm estimating) 19-20 miles of the 26.2 miles of the run. However, the actual data for the T2 portion is what you'd expect from 'just' T2 (i.e only a few minutes, a few hundred yards, and only a few calories, etc.) despite the graphic on the map shows it going for miles beyond the transition area albeit it stops about 2/3 of the way through the marathon (so doesn't capture the whole run along with this).

    Confusing.

Attach a copy of your file here and maybe it can be fixed.
Attach the original file from the 910.

    Similar Issue

I am having a very similar issue. The tcx and fit files coming out of the watch don't match what is shown on the watch history. On the watch it shows 140.6, but the files stop at mile 78. The watch worked during the whole race, giving my lap splits, power and pace. I'm really bummed out I don't have the data for my first Ironman.

Here ya go. Fixed with the Fit File Repair Tool.
The transition after the swim did not get set leaving it and the first 0.4mi of cycling included in the swim.
I moved what appeared to be the transition and that 0.4mi into the cycling session so it would not skew the swim stats.
Then I deleted what appeared to be a 5 minute transition from the cycling so it would not skew your cycling stats.
The cycling stopped abruptly at 78 miles while you were going 18mph.
Sorry, there is no run session.
Have you tried "Making a Course From History" manual page 17. That might reconstruct your missing data.

Thanks, for trying. As I posted I am looking for the 62.6 miles after mile 78. It seems like the watch is not sending the rest of the file out.

The watch won't let me make a course from the file. Although it shows 140 miles in the history there is only one lap, the swim. What a piece of garbage! I AM PISSED GARMIN!

    Ya...that is a bummer.

I do not have a 910 but the 310 has a "Transfer All" button. It is in the "History" button. Just guessing here.

    Here is another guess.
You might already know this but just in case....
Here is the file structure on WinXP where the ANT stores all tracks from your ANT devices.
    > Documents and Settings > a Folder with your Name > Application Data > GARMIN > a Folder with a 10 digit Number > Activities (FIT files) > History (TCX files).
Look for files with your ride date. There might be more than 1 and it might have the rest of your ride.

Yeah, obviously I've been in the folders in order to post the FIT file here. No duplicates. The watch must have jacked up the file as it was recording. Garmin support gave up too. Look for my two 910s on eBay this afternoon. First time Garmin's fault, second time my fault...not gonna happen!
