910 upload to G connect

HI GC my watch to GC isnt uploading. it fails and Iam stuck. please help, Tim.

Have you ANT Agent loaded and device paired?
Have you Garmin Communicator loaded and installed?
Is your device being seen by Garmin Connect?

Have you read the forum posts and tried the suggestions before posting?
