Cannot see/edit profile or privacy settings

Hi there. I'm having problems with my Garmin Connect account. I cannot see or edit my profile or privacy settings (only blank page loads). This is not a problem of my computer, because it happens even when I log in on my friend's computer, although his profile does not have this problem and can be seen and edited. The profile problem might be beacause when registering I chose high privacy (can be seen by no one, or by only me I don't remember hw it sounded), but I cannot change that as privacy settings do not load. I think that's the problem because afterwards I created another account with privacy settings set to "can be seen by everyone" and these problems did not arise in that account. How can I fix my first account?? Also, I cannot ask help through e-mail, because the online form does not load completely (php error it says.). Help!
