Creating waypoints with etrex 20

Is there a way with the etrex 20 to use the map display and move the pointer to a new location (not your present location) and create a waypoint?

I know I can use BaseCamp and create the waypoint in BaseCamp and then export to the etrex, but I am looking at a way to simplify the process.

Move the pointer to where you want the waypoint. Press the click stick and you'll get a screen with Go at the bottom. Press the menu button and Save as waypoint appears. Press click stick.
