My dezl is stuck on on power up.

I have a new dezl 760lmt, and tried to update my maps, and when I powered it on it is stuck on the screen where it has Garmin on it, it,s just like it is stuck in a loop, can't get it to do anything.

Are you able to do a hard reset?

No, when I try all I get is SYSTEM scrolling up and down the middle of the screen. All it will do is turn on then off all by itself.

In that case you're best bet is to take it back where you got it from and get a replacement.
