Activity Upload Issue

Any luck since yesterday? If not, you are talking about an upload to Garmin Connect with the usb cable attached to pc/mac, correct? If so then try uploading 'selected activities' or do a manual upload, it think most fitness device put the file in the garmin/activities folder.

I have also problems on uploading new activity to Garmin Connect. I have recorded today at about 15:00 (GMT+2) a run with my Android App Garmin FIT, but until now (more than two hours later) I cant see it in Garmin Connect. Is there an open issue with the upload?

It's quite possible that it has uploaded but the Garmin Connect App cannot see it due to your time zone. I experience this daily. I cannot see activities from the current day until 2:30pm local time (UTC+9:30) which equates to midnight in Central Daylight Time (eg Chicago). The easiest way to check this is to look at the Garmin Connect website and see if it's on there, then check again in the app when your local time passes midnight in Central Daylight Time.

I've submitted a support request to Garmin on this, but like all other support requests I've submitted, I'm yet to receive anything more than an automated reply saying they'll get back to me.

Here's a bit more on my issue. Does that sound like what you're experiencing?
