etrex 30 file system corruption

Hi there,

on my etrex 30 (Firmware 3.2, internal memory + 8 GB SDHC card), the file system is corrupted very often.
After plugging on the USB port, a file system check mostly shows some issues (fat differ, free cluster count wrong etc.)
Sometimes files are cross-linked or destroyed, frequently profiles, system.xml, geocache_visits.txt
This is *very* annoying, and i think that the device does not sync or close properly the files, when it's switched off.
Hard-Reset and reformatting didn't help.

One example:
- i have changed some profile settings and a waypoint description (internal flash memory).
- Switched off the device.
- Then i connected the device to the PC via USB, mounted the file system and opened the profile in a text editor.
- It contained some binary garbage. The system.xml file contained some parts of geocaching_visits and so on.
- I've copied backup version of the profile back, synced properly, unmount device. File system check is error free now.

Seems that the firmware needs some improvement here.

Thanks.
