I am having trouble uploading workouts from my Garmin to Strava, Runningahead.com, and Vitality websites. I am not having any problems uploading to Garmin connect though.
I never used to have this problem, but all of a sudden when on those websites, they were not picking up my Garmin.
I have tried: Updating all Garmin software on device and on laptop, changing internet browsers from IE to Chrome, re-installing new antivirus on my laptop, re-pairing device with ant-agent, deleting and re-installing all software on my laptop, tried contacting Garmin who say if data uploads to Garmin connect then there is no issue with my device, tried contacting Strava, Runninagahead.com and Vitality who all tell me that no other users are having this issue and they are not having any complaints or cannot pick up any problems.
Is there anyone out there who has had the same issues? Any suggestions will be most welcome.
