Upload GPX file to Courses in Garmin Connect

I have a GPX file someone created for an upcoming ride (that I want to ultimately upload to my Garmin) but I'm having trouble uploading the file to "Courses," not Training - since it hasn't happened yet.

Any guidance here is helpful!
