I have had my Garmin for a little more than a year now. The problem is I don't use it very often. I did some research a while back and after deciding i should update the maps here starts my problem. Somehow it seems the last time I updated I only ended up with Canada and the Northern States then went to S.D. last week. No map. I am supposed to have North America free updates. So I go and download western states. Now I have only Western States. It overwrote what I had. Then I tried mapupdater and it only wants to install Canada and Northern states again. It showed I had North America? Now nothing seems to work as I am updated. I never could get to an option I could find to download all of North America. Any way to start over? Am I entitled to unlimited updates or only so many per year?
