Zumo 660 street Name voice not working

My Zumo 660 does not voice street names ,it only tells me to turn left or right in so many meters Etc.
Does one have to turn this function on or do i have to do a software update to fix this problem?
Any help would be appreciated.

You need to ensure you have selected a Text to speech (TTS) voice.

To add to what SUSSAMB said some voice languages have multiple choices and from what I've seen the ones with an included name, such as "American English (Jack)", are TTS and will thus announce names. However ones such as "American English" do not. Presumably that is so you can turn off audio announcements if you wish.
