Workouts won't transfer to Ant and 910XT

It's worked for me previously but for some reason, I can't transfer my workouts created on Garmin Connect via the Ant to my 910XT. The Ant is synced as I can upload sessions from the watch to Connect, but when I create a workout, Garmin Connect finds the device fine, ant then gets "frozen" on the screen "Preparing Workout".

And the Ant device just shows that it's active and waiting for new data.

Any ideas as to what I'm doing wrong??

I've just bought and tried the 610 ; just to know I have the same problem.

any solutions ?

What web browser are you using? If IE, then try adding *.garmin.com to the list of trusted sites.
In IE go to Tools > Internet Options > Security > Trusted Sites > Sites. Uncheck "require server verification." Enter *.garmin.com, click Add, click OK. Close IE. Restart IE.
