Basecamp export user data (waypoints) in Lat Long, Metric instead of UTM, feet

My settings are for Basecamp map data in UTM and US units but exporting the waypoints to a csv file results in Lat Long and meters. I see no settings to correct this. Help appreciated

Its not possible to do this from BaseCamp. Though it has been requested a number of times previously (in the BaseCamp section of the forum). eg https://forums.garmin.com/showthread.php?51761-How-do-I-export-to-csv-in-UTM-format-%28ie-Eastings-Northings%29

You can do this using other software, eg Garmin MapSource. You can copy waypoints/routes/tracks from BaseCamp, then paste into MapSource. Then export as a text file (tab delimited), it will be in whatever position format and units that MapSource is set to use.

Or export from BaseCamp as a GPX, then use GPSBabel to convert to what format of CSV you want.
