Don't feel left out if they don't make one. For whatever reasons, they only seem to list what are considered fitness devices here. So Aviation, Marine, Automobile and things for just general GPS use have to look for other forums independant of Garmin. This is one I like-- http://forums.gpsreview.net/ , not sure how many Fenix users are there, but a google search should find you other gps forums where you can get some really good information.

There's a huge thread starting here http://forums.watchuseek.com/f296/garmin-fenix-ongoing-review-several-parts-746366.html. It was started by Gaijin, who also sometimes posts in these forums. A lot of good information there.
  • It does seem a bit nutty that there is no Fenix forum, anyone from Garmin care to elaborate why? Or are Garmin just trying to forget about the Fenix?

The Fenix is in what Garmin calls "on the trail" line of products. You don't see any of those in this forum. For whatever reason you should note that the only products here are what Garmin considers "fitness" products.
  • Well that makes sense in a way. But if that is the case why when I have my Fenix plugged into Base Camp and Base Camp provides a drop down window under the "help" tab with a button to "Garmin Forums" which takes you to here. Now Base Camp knows it is a Fenix and evens knows the exact individual Fenix so why can it not work out that it needs to direct me to the "Trails" forum not the "Fitness" forum?

Or is my logic faulty somewhere?

Or is there no Garmin "Trails" forum? Will go off and look.

With the launch of the Fenix 2, the Fenix range has definitely gone inte för fitness market. Would make a lot of sense to create a forum here. Garmin?
