How do I create a group for my local running club on Garmin Connect?

I go to the 'explore tab' and all I can do is search for groups. I can't see anywhere where I can create a group.

Click on your user name in the top right. Then the drop-drown menu has an option for "Create New Group". Or go to Settings > Groups. This page: http://connect.garmin.com/settings/groups
