Garmin nüvi 1390LMT connected in mass storage but not recognized

Hi,

I have a Garmin nüvi 1390LMT and wanted to update its maps. When I connect it to my PC it goes into mass storage mode and is considered as a storage (Drive I: ), but it does not recognized by any Garmin softwares (old Map Updater, Express, WebUpdater or through Communicator Plugin!)!

I tried everything that I could think of (unistalling and installing softwares, drivers, ... checking on different PCs, ...)!

Any advice?

My OS is Windows 7 64-bit.
