Update has fried speech command?

Hi folks,

On the whole I absolutely love my 3590 (apart from SmartLink, obviously), but I have just encountered a problem. I connected it to my pc for the first time in months afew days ago and let it install the updates that it said were available - no problem. However, today when I tried to use the voice command - which I use a lot - the device said "This feature is not available for United Kingdom in British English". The only thing that's changed was the update a few days ago so that must be it! Is this a known problem with a known solution or do I need to do a factory reset?

I too had an issue with the voice command that probably developed after the last update. the device still responded to voice but I literally had to scream at it, until it seemed to not respond anymore at all. so today I updated or reinstalled the voice file for English, and then re-tested the machine and it appears to have resolved the issue. Now if I can just get back my sanity.
