Hi all,
My name is Rami and I have a GPSMAPS 420s which was working perfectly fine until recently... on our way back from a short trip the GPS just went completely blank (turned itself off) and never came back up online again. Tried removing the cable from the back, press and hold the power button, just press it, etc, etc...
The battery on my boat is in great condition, on the cable itself I have +/-12.8v so the current is getting to the GPS and it will randomly work every once in a while but then stop working again. I've tried removing the SD card and unplugging the transducent but I have the same issue, also tried with another battery powering ONLY the GPS with the same results.
I also have the latest software running on it (I updated not so long ago, I think it's the v5.60)
Any idea of what could be going on???
