Could you please let me know what the expected turnaround time is when I send garmin support a ticket via email for a problem I am currently having?
I emailed support using the garmin support link on the 6th Aug and still have no response back from anyone except an auto generated message saying my case was successfully logged??
For the record here is a copy of the Support case I logged,.. My watch is still failing to transfer and continues to go round in a loop,...
This is unacceptable and very frustrating.. All I want is to use my watch properly and get decent support when things do go wrong - come on guys!!!

Problem Description: Hi Support, Yesterday I went for a run and since then my watch is failing to transfer to garmin connect. The connection status in ANT Agent shows the Data transfers to about 73% and then fails, after a few seconds later it will try again and continues this process over and over again, stuck in a loop. I have already tried to delete the 910xt from the ANT Agent profile and re-pair them and still the same problem occurs. I also have a 310xt which I did use a few days back, I used it because for some reason my 910xt watch was not charged up and even then I had the charging plug connected - I did take a close look at the plug and then reconnected and it seemed to begin to charge again. Anyway I then last uploaded successfully using my 310xt watch and since then hasn't been able to upload any data from 910xt. The other thing worth mentioning is that I also use strava.com and have successfully uploaded my run from yesterday to strava.com. The data uploaded looks fine on strava so I don't think there is any corruption with the data. could someone please respond soon as possible, I need this watch working properly, I also do not wish to reset all data from the watch until this last run is uploaded to garmin connect.
