I have an etrex 20 and all of a sudden it won't let me save the current track. When I try it beeps and gives me an error message: "Track Archive Error"
I was also unable to access any saved tracks stored on the unit. Going through the track manager there were no files listed despite being visible in base camp and windows explorer.
I first noticed the problem after editing tracks stored on the unit in base camp.
Things I have done to try and fix it:
Removed all archived and saved track files. There is 95% of the storage space free.
Full reset.
Restarting the unit numerous times.
Updating the software to 3.1 from 2.8. I don't know if the update worked since 2.8 is still listed as the software version in the units info screen.
Is there anything else I can try?
