I have a Forerunner 410. The other day I decided to go out running. Since it was two weeks I hadn't charged it, I checked the status of the battery. It said 47%.So I thought that would be enough for a half an hour run. But just after pressing the start button, it starts beeping and warning for low battery. After 2 minutes the screen went blank. Is that a general problem ? i.e. the watch telling you there is still some battery left, when in reality there is nothing ?
Then today I decided to go out running again. But before going, I fully charged the battery. Then at home, after the run, I uploaded the run, but I have seen that something strange happened. The date and time of the run is from the day I run out of battery, and the distance of today's run has been shortened by the same amount of Km that I run the other day before the screen went blank. Somehow it has merged the two runs in one.
Has somebody had a similar problem ? Do I have to adjust some settings so I don't have problems with future runs ?
