Oregon 600 current time with seconds

I need to know the current time of day down to the second on my Oregon 600 in order to synchronize it with my camera to accurately geotag my photos from a track. How do I do this? All I am seeing is the current time to the minute. For example, I am seeing 9:14 and I want to see 9:14:34...

When I select (on the Montana, but should work on the Oregon 600 too) a large data field on one of the pages and change it to display the time, I get seconds.
Does your camera have the option to set the time exactly to the second? Mine doesn't.
There are several geotagging programs that can correct the time stamps of the photo's. To get an exact match between the camera time and a certain location (which you/a program can use to calculate the deviation) set the Oregon to display the coordinates and take a photo of the screen...
