Can't find 310XT

Hi - I'm trying to transfer a course to my 310XT but the computer cannot find the watch. I've got pairing on, I've added garmin to trusted sites on ie9, I've got the latest ANT and Garmin Connect but when I go to transfer the course it says No Deviced Detected. I've also downloaded Training Centre and clicking Find Device on this says No Devices Detected... this is so frustrating. Anyone have any idea? Cheers.

Have you paired the device with ANT Agent. Make sure pairing is enabled in ANT Agent and on the device. Is your USB stick detected?

Yep pairing is enabled, the USB stick is in- in fact I can send info from my watch to Garmin Connect no problem - it just won't detect the watch to transfer courses to the device.
