So my 255W displays "Garmin" when I turn it on, and it won't get past that. It doesn't ask me to agree to the terms and conditions, it doesn't trying to load maps, it doesn't try to find satellites.
Once it has turned on and frozen at the "Garmin" screen, I am able to turn it back off using the power button.
I've tried a hard reset (holding the bottom right hand corner while turning it on) and this does nothing.
When I plug the unit into my computer, it isn't recognized by the computer.
