I PR'ed my mile the other day as one of my "laps" in a longer track workout. I did a quick warm-up, pressed "lap", ran my heart out, then hit "lap" and "stop". Because I pressed lap instead of starting and resetting between the warm up and PR, it will only allow me to designate the entire workout as a PR instead of just lap 2.
