510 not auto-uploading data to iPhone 4 Garmin Connect

Hi there,

I have recently purchased a 510 and went on my first ride today. The 510 is shown as connected on the Garmin Connect app. The iPhone is detected on the 510. My ride data has not uploaded to my phone; the auto-upload is not happening. Does anyone know what the problem might be, please?

    Heard back from Garmin on this. They stated to sign out of the app, close it and restart the phone. They also said that the phone needs to be paired with the 510 during the upload. This has seemed to help in my case.

    The iphone app has become very unresponsive, uploading the data from iphone to internet takes a really long time. The app doesn't always want to get the data from garmin 510. Looks like some bug were introduced in the last release. Anyone at Garmin monitoring this thread!

    I too have this same problem…just bought a Garmin 510 a couple of days ago…I have followed all the instructions in this thread but to no avail…the device still won't upload to the mobile iPhone app…does anyone at Garmin have any suggestions on this, as I will be sending the device back if I don't get any satisfactory replies...
