Facilitate goals such as: sub-20 minute 5km run

I see in the goals section you can make goals such as "Run 20km this week" or "Run for 2000 minutes this month" etc.

What you don't seem to be able to do however is set once off goals to work towards.

For example, one of my goals this year is to run a sub-20 minute 5km. I'd like to be able to track this in Garmin Connect and have it mark that goal as completed as soon as it detects that I have run any 5km (it could be part of a longer run) in under 20 minutes. If I don't achieve this goal by the years end then it should be marked as failed.
