Quatix dont show race timer when I start Race

I have timer,10'00 ,startline and route.
Can not se the timer when I start Race.
Only the distance to startline and Burn +99%.
Where can I find a complete manual.

Quatix - problem starting race timer

Did you get an answer to this question/problem ? I have a similar issue.
