Forerunner 305 not connect Win 7 64

Garmin Forerunner 305 heart rate monitor is not connected to windows 7 64 bit. What to do? On the 32 bit system, Garmin's okay.

Use the 32 bit system ;-)

Works on other machines and 32-bit and 64-bit, but my Windows 7 64 bit does not want to. Not connected to a computer, said agent is needed (see screenshot).
