I recently noticed that the battery status indicator shows little or no "green", no matter what the charge status. Also, "Charge Complete" was displaying with only a small amount of "green" following a charge.
After reading about internal battery failures, I ran two charge/discharge cycles on the unit and now, following a full charge, the "Charge Complete" indication shows fully "green". However, the battery status indicator still shows up "white" after the full charge.
Is the inaccurate battery status indicator a function of the internal battery failing, the main battery failing or is there something else that I should do to restore an accurate reading on the indicator? I'm also losing the time if the unit is not used regularly.
I am running v5.70.
