Scroll through the list of activities found in a search

How can I scroll through the list of activities that has been developed by a search that used a map and specific criteria? The FAQ answers a similar sounding, yet very different question that does not address my question. I often use the map and advanced query parameters to develop a list of activities showing trails in an area so I can learn about options before I go use trails that are new to me. But each time I drill into the details of one, then want to continue with the next activity in that list, the Next button takes me to an activity that is NOT from that list, and typically not even located in the same area. So then I have to completely rebuild that search again from scratch for each item on the list - positioning and sizing the map, then inputting the extended Search Filters criteria. It's extremely time consuming.

For this discussion, I'll call the list of activities resulting from my search "My list". I need to be able to scroll through My list - NOT that activity owner's list. Is it possible for me to do so?

Can I save the list, and then retreive it to avoid the need to recreate and rerun the search?
Is there any mechanism or method available to help reduce the time required?
