Garmin 910XT acting up

Yesterday I did a big brick workout. I did a 112 mile bike, during which I pressed the lap button twice for 3 laps total. At all points during the bike, my averages and totals were displayed and correct. At the end I reset and saved the activity, then started a run. Though I was moving and the watch was indicating my pace and average pace were changing - the distance was not increasing, it was stuck at 49 feet for something. I reset that activity, then power cycled the watch, and proceeded to run for an hour no problem.

When I try to upload via the ANT agent, the tiny stuck run file does not appear, the normal run transfers over just fine, but the bike is a problem. The watch spends a long time transferring the data for the ride, and in the end all I get is a 400KB FIT file with the first 99-100 miles. No TCX.

If I view the bike activity on the watch itself, it shows the total mileage and everything correctly, but the average/maximums screen shows zeroes, and only the first lap is shown.

Is the file corrupted or is there any hope here? If the watch was recording correctly during miles 100-110, and shows the totals OK, it seems like it might be salvageable?

Thanks!
