Hi, I have an oregon 400c and etrex 10, this issue applies to both units.
I want to display "ETA at next" in "hh:mm:ss" format in the big numbers display. Time of day display changes from "hh:mm" to "hh:mm:ss" when changing from small to big numbers. Time to next displays as mm:ss or hh:mm in both big and small number display.
Is there a way to show ETA at next with seconds?
I use these units on the water, the request for this feature is when im competing in Nav rallys, we are penalised for each second out when we pass thru a gate/waypoint so having the seconds display here would be useful. Have been using time to next, but this requires a bit of mental arithmetic, watching the clock seconds go up and time to next seconds go down.
