How to upload garmin connect training plan workouts to device

Hi,

I've uploaded a garmin marathon training plan to my garmin connect account.
How do I send a workout to the device (910xt).
When I create my own workout I can send it to the device, but this option not available for the garmin training plan workouts.

Hi Oren,
in Calender View there is next to the "Year" button an arrow.
Hi that arrow and you can choose Upload to device.

Then your Training should be uploaded.
