yesterday, whilst driving around using my nuvi 40 it started to have problems!!!! :mad:
all of a sudden the screen went black, the logo appeared and started to reboot... still the audio worked PHEW!!! :(
then it ''connected to my PC!!!'' when i was in my 14 ton truck - some 50 miles away from home!!!!!!! :confused:
also ALL of my routes that i have saved had 'lost' all the names to be replaced with numbers!!!!
this went on all day off and on, sometimes for a few mins as good as gold then out of nowhere - logo - reboot - PC
the unit is now 2+ yrs old and has covered some 12500+ miles and the moving time of over 444hrs. is this its life expectancy?? can it be fixed or is it time for a new toy??
