Upload failed from Forerunner 305 to Garmin connect

Garmin 305 does not upload latest event

I know that this will not sound like help, but I'm trying to understand what is happening. Have you tried uploading more than once? If so, do you get this message every time you try?

I am trying to upload my latest workout. I get the same message for a workout that failed to upload and I am to contact support. I have a workout the next, which I can see on the Garmin, but it does not upload to connectgarmin. I have tried to upload several times over the past 2 days and get the same thing each time. The one workout fails and the next one doesn't even show up on the connectgarmin but is still on the device.

Any help is appreciated.

I'm have just started to have this problem too. 3 work outs failed but it did upload a few newer ones, and today it has not uploaded a run I did this morning, very frustrating

I have no idea what the solution is....I hope some one out there does????

Had the same problem a few weeks ago cleared all Garmin uploaded data on the computer
C:\Users\(username)\AppData\Roaming\Garmin\Devices\Unit ID folder\History
and all history on the watch, it work perfectly till today. Went through the same procedure, just to find out that there is a FORCE SEND function on the watch

Will look into that the next time upload fails again. I have a FR410 not sure if this is applicable to the 305

I've found that I will get a streak of successful uploads and then a streak of a few failures. I'm too stubborn to give up so I keep trying until it works. I have had to restart my browser, change browsers and even restart my computer to get the upload working. Make sure that your Garmin Communicator plug-in is up to date.
