Hello all
I recently purchased a nuvi 2595LM and have a question / problem.
Is there any way to remove this purple route line that it shows? Well at least remove it from where I have driven already.
To try and clarify my problem let me use an example. Driving down the road then take a left turn and straight away left again on a small road running parallel to the original road, then after a 100 meters the road turns left again and goes under a bridge of the original road that I was on. The road then turns right and is again parallel to the original road. Now what my problem is, is that this purple route line now looks like a child's drawing on the screen. It is so hard to work out where I am supposed to be going when the screen has all these close and criss-crosssing lines all over the the screen. I would think logically that the route line should show where I need to go and not where I have been.
This is my first Garmin satnav, previously I have used Tomtom and my mobile phone's Google navigation and I havent had this issue with either of those.
Please please please, any help would be greatly appreciated as this is driving me mad and I am so close to just returning the device.
